Dear Guidance Counselors/Students,

We are pleased to provide you with information about the 2026 ICF Scholarship
application package. All the following scholarship requirements, as well as the
application, are to be reviewed with your students upon receipt of this email.
Please advise those students planning to apply for the ICF Scholarship that they must be a senior graduating in 2026 and are presently attending an accredited high school in the following South Jersey counties: Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem. If they attend high schools in other New Jersey counties or out-of-state, their applications will not be accepted.

We require that all applications be emailed to the ICF on or before Monday, March 9, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted.

Please note, we only accept applications submitted by the students through ICF’s
email address icfsnjvineland@gmail.com.

If applications are emailed to the ICF by a teacher, guidance counselor or parent, the applications will automatically be rejected by the committee.

We further require that the students who are awarded the ICF Scholarships must
attend the award ceremony in person to receive their scholarship checks. If they do not personally attend, their scholarship award checks will be voided. The award ceremony is being held at Cumberland Mall on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 6:30 pm.
